The Under Graduate Course shall consist of three parts, i.e. (1st & 2nd Semester), (3rd & 4th Semester) and (5th & 6th Semester) for B.A., B.Sc., B.Com. and B.C.A, B.Voc, B.P.E & BBA courses (Each semester) wise. For admission to the Under Graduate Course in B.A., B.Sc, B.Com, B.C.A., B.Voc, B.P.E & BBA a student must pass Higher Secondary examination conduted by Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) or any other equivalent examination recognized by Gauhati University.
